This policy explains what happens to personal information you provide to EQInt Global through this website. It covers eqintglobal.com only; our support portal and any Oracle environment we operate on your behalf are governed by the agreement we hold with your organisation.

Who we are

EQInt Global is an Oracle consulting and implementation firm with offices in the United Arab Emirates, India and Egypt. What we collect

Information you give us

Our contact form asks for your name, your email address and your message. If you tick the consent box, we also record that you agreed to receive email from us. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal information, and we do not ask for payment details anywhere on the site.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are located, and which sites refer traffic to us. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and processes an abbreviated form of your IP address. We do not use this data to identify individuals, and we do not combine it with anything you submit through the contact form.

Why we use it

• To reply to enquiries you send us and to follow up on them.
• To send you email about our services, where you have consented to receive it.
• To understand which parts of the site are useful and improve them.
• To meet legal or regulatory obligations that apply to us.

Where we rely on your consent — marketing email, analytics cookies — you can withdraw it at any time, and doing so does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

Who else sees it

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Two service providers process data on our behalf:

• Web3Forms receives contact form submissions and delivers them to us by email. See the Web3Forms privacy policy.
• Google Analytics processes site usage data. See Google's privacy policy.

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes request data such as your IP address in order to serve pages and protect the site from abuse. Because we operate across the UAE, India and Egypt, information you send us may be accessed by our staff in any of those countries.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in contact with you about them, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch — normally no more than two years from our last exchange. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, or email us and we will remove you.
• Access, correction and deletion. Ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. We will respond within a reasonable time and will not charge you for it.
• Analytics. Install Google's opt-out add-on, or block cookies in your browser. The site works normally either way.

Depending on where you live, you may have further rights — for example under the GDPR if you are in the EU or UK, or under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act. Contact us and we will honour them.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No website can promise perfect security, but we limit what we collect in the first place, and access to enquiries is restricted to the people who need to act on them.

Children

This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
